I'm now in Manila, the Philippines, to help to establish a national central laboratory for AIDS/STD by the project of JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency).

The name of the lab. is "SACCL (STD/AIDS Cooperative Central Laboratory). It will be the uppermost laboratory especially in HIV/AIDS in the Philippines near future.
